Landscape Creation
Landscaping projects can undertaken for aesthetic or functional reasons, but the end result usually brings vast and welcome improvements to properties. Our team has a wide range of experience, and the skills to make each project a success for our clients.
Step 1
Our Landscape Designer will visit the prospective project (home or business) to discuss the desired property changes.

This consultation will address maintenance and budget concerns, installation phases and a schedule for anticipated project completion.

Our designer and architect will draft a detailed landscape plan (to scale) for city and/or home owner's association (HOA) approval, as well as an artist's rendition of the completed project.

Upon client and city and/or HOA approval, our team will begin work on the project.

Important Care Information
It's Magic Landscape & Design carefully chooses plant varieties that are suited to flourish in the White Mountains, and thrive once they arrive at their new home. However, due to the drought and extreme dryness being experienced locally, we must remind residents that it is their responsibility to provide an adequate water supply to keep plants, shrubs, trees and flowers alive and thriving. This includes the winter months after irrigation systems have been winterized. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you may have about caring for your plant(s). Care information will also be provided to clients for their specific needs.

It's Magic Landscape & Design hereby waives any warranty, express or implied, upon plants that were sold, being in satisfactory quality, and damaged by the customer once in possession thereof. It's Magic Landscape & Design reserves the right to make any and all decisions regarding whether plants damaged by Customer negligence will be replaced or not. Customer understands that It's Magic Landscape & Design cannot be held liable for extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme cold, extreme heat, drought, fire, pestilence, weather out of season, acts of God, or any combination thereof, and understands that it is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard purchased plants from the weather as is reasonably possible.
